BHP Billiton (BHP) could cut jobs at its Australian coal mines, due to "increasing costs and falling commodity prices," which are a result of China's slowdown. BHP has already closed one mine and abandoned an $80B five-year spending plan; any job losses would follow those of rival Rio Tinto.
