United Tech's (NYSE:UTX) Sikorsky Aircraft unit could benefit from the incompetence of its rivals: Norway may buy Sikorsky's Seahawk helicopters if the 14 NH-90 choppers that the country ordered from European consortium NHIndustries as far back as 2005 aren't delivered by the end of the year.
