Cisco (CSCO +7.6%) jumps after beating estimates, hiking its dividend, and providing guidance and commentary that suggests its demand outlook (and perhaps the broader outlook for IT spending) is neither rosy nor terrible. At Cisco's current valuation, that's good enough for a strong rally.
