Real-estate website - and Zillow (Z) competitor - Trulia files for an IPO, expecting (for now) to raise up to $75M. The company had revenue of $29M through H1 2012 (+78% Y/Y), and a loss of $7.6M. The firm has applied to list on the NYSE under ticker TRLA. (S-1)

    Trulia doesn't have much to differentiate itself from Zillow in my opinion. Zillow has the traffic and has a much bigger mindshare in the Realtor community for advertising spend. Valuation on the Trulia IPO will be interesting. LEDR is still trading at a much lower price to sales than Z, but growth rate is half as well.
