The effect of Japan pulling away subsidies from automakers may not be overly dramatic for Toyota (TM), according to analysts. Slumping sales will be offset in other markets, especially in the U.S. where Toyota models are resonating with buyers. Even a sharp 20% plunge in sales in Japan, could be offset if other regions stay reasonably strong.
