Shares of Zagg (ZAGG -14.4%) sink at the open after the firm loses its CEO. The company filed a 8-K with the SEC this morning in which it said that it adopted a new policy to restrict insiders from making short-term or speculative transactions on the firm' stock. The move comes after ex-CEO Robert Pederson sold off a large position from his margin account in advance of his resignation.
