Yelp (YELP -4.2%) is selling off for the second day in a row; shares are down 10% on the week thus far. An Aug. 29 lockup expiration could be weighing on investors, particularly given how Facebook and Angie's List traded following last week's expirations. Compared with other recent consumer Web IPOs, Yelp has held up fairly well.
