Under the radar: Starbucks (SBUX +0.5%) plans to quietly test selling coffee vending machines to office customers in Switzerland with a product that could see a wider launch down the road if successful. Models will include a Keurig-like table top, a stand-alone floor machine, and an integrated corner machine - each loaded with a variety of coffee and tea options.

We got away from vending mach's because the products were 'crap' flavor so that you threw away half a cup. Yet we bought it because it was the only thing close.
I don't see how the product will taste the same as when I go to Starbucks store! Keurig is just O.K., when waiting for an appointment in someones office but regular drinking is not for us.
As a matter of fact, it tastes like instant!
It not a "hugh" amt. of $'s to test the idea.
I hope Howard remembers how and WHY the company became sucessful...I hope this is'nt another furniture idea.
