A traditional bond market strategy may not make sense anymore, says BlackRock, showing in the past how high the proportion of total return has come from the coupon - often enough to balance out principal loss when rates spiked.     Ahhh, Blackrock admitting there will be increased volatility and losses in the bond markets...and then recommending doubling down and possibly adding to losses. Better to take profits on overbought fixed income positions and then reallocate.
