The CME woes in a nutshell: 77% of bond fund managers are neutral on interest rates, making no directional bets, according to a JPMorgan survey. From what's left, bulls are outnumbering bears, but ZIRP, QE, and Twist for now have neutered the action somewhat in interest rates.
