Storm Isaac brought much needed rain to the drought-affected part of the lower Midwest yesterday, dumping up to six inches on Missouri and Illinois, although it's most likely all too late for corn and soybean crops. In addition, hundreds of thousands in the storm's path are without power, including at least ~300,000 Entergy (ETR) Louisiana customers.
