Questcor (QCOR) jumps 8.2% after the government says it's cutting the rebate that the company has to pay to state Medicaid programs for its Acthar gel, which is used to treat multiple sclerosis and infantile spasms. The amount could fall to 23.1% from 100% of the amount Questcor charges its distributor. The change will "have a materially positive impact on our financial results." (8-K)
