Capital One (COF) bulls get a chance to buy the dip. Not showing a ton of reaction last night to news ING is set to unload its near-10% stake in the bank, shares are now off 1.3% premarket.  The move is a positive, according to one analyst, as it frees up room for ING to accept a new slug of Capital One stock for its possibly on-the-block U.K. unit.

Capital One? No way I'm investing with them. They'll just use my money to buy more postage for their never ending stream of pre-approved credit card mailings. Most annoying company after Comcast, and at least Comcast only annoys its customers. Basically I did that one to myself by starting Comcast service. But Capital One sends me weekly pre-printed applications with my name and address already there, meaning I have to shred the application. Capital One makes more work for me than any other company with which I have never had a relationship.
