Mellanox (MLNX -12%) tanks after SA contributor Kerrisdale Capital argues sales of the company's InfiniBand adapters will fall in 2013 as a server upgrade cycle centering around Intel's Romley Xeon CPUs winds down. Kerrisdale also criticizes Mellanox's valuation, and raises concerns about future competition from 40 Gbps Ethernet adapters, as well as Intel (previous). Mellanox's sales have taken off in tandem with the strong growth seen for top customer Oracle's high-end servers. (Stifel downgrade)
