Clearwire (CLWR +3%) has struck a 4G reseller deal with EarthLink (ELNK +0.8%). EarthLink, which is looking for new growth opportunities as its dial-up ISP business steadily declines, will offer residential 4G services to consumers in early 2013 by leveraging Clearwire's 4G WiMAX network. Mobile and small business services are expected later, as is the use of Clearwire's nascent 4G LTE network. (FreedomPop)

Here we go CLWR. Expect more of this to come. DISH is going to need to throw in a lot more cash. DISH can't get a piece of this action by just buying her debt. She's gunna need a new car and some credit cards as well. And they better move fast because her dance card is filling up fast. There are many bonifide suitors for this fine lady. And when it comes right down to it, she may not even be for sale. DISH might even have to marry her to get her. But CLWR can do better. No need to marry down like that girl.

Let's not forget people that Sprint owns 47% of Clearwire!

Plus, do you really think Earthlink is interested in WiMax? Or could they be more interested in the TD-LTE's 167 mbps download speed?

Move in the right direction. National WiMax ISP infrastructure is CLWR's future.
