Wells Fargo (WFC) slides 1.5% premarket as CFO Tim Sloan says already slim net interest margin could decline further in Q3 as higher yielding securities run off amidst strong deposit inflows. Sloan is speaking at Barclays' Financial Services Conference.

    The U.S. banks should
    take in (FDIC insured) deposits,
    buy short term Spanish government debt, and
    split the return with depositors.
