Shares of Nuvasive (NUVA +2.3%) gain after an appeals court reverses an order by a lower court which forced the company to pay $60M to a competitor for trademark infringement. The lawsuit, filed by Neurovision Medical Products in September 2009, sought to cancel NuVasive's trademark on its nerve monitoring platform that carried it's name.
