Tata Motors (TTM +2.5%) says it has set up a wholly-owned Indonesian subsidiary and will start selling passenger and commercial vehicles in 2013. Over a period of three years, TTM plans to set up a country-wide network of ~60 full-service dealers, 100 workshops and 300 more spare parts retailers.
