AstraZeneca (AZN) issues $2B of bonds, comprising $1B of seven-year paper with a coupon of 1.95% and $1B of 30-year debt at 4%. Bloomberg reports that Moody's could rate the bonds at A1. AstraZeneca will use the money to refinance other debt and for general corporate purposes.
