Vanguard Natural Resources (VNR) -4.4% premarket after announcing a public offering of 6M common units at $27.51 each, representing limited liability company interests. Net proceeds will be used to pay down outstanding debt under VNR’s senior secured revolving credit facility.

    Still too close to 52 week high to consider. Plus, VNR makes their living by buying other operations which they finance with debt. Bulls say that's just fine because everything's hedged. I'm not so sure. Finally, negative cash flow the past three years.

    These guys have the BEST hedging record in the industry. Last purchase was cash-flow positive before the close (i.e. they had already sold the gas they bought). These guys are the smartest. Just don't tell anyone else.

    Only for the second quarter as VNR allocated 40% of its annual capital expenditures during that quarter and these expenditures made no contribution to the distributable cash flow during the quarter.
    Management estimates DCR coverage of 125% for 2012 and 135% for 2013.
