TheStreet (TST) +5% on news it has acquired The Deal, owner of M&A news site The Deal Pipeline, for an undisclosed sum. The Deal claims 40K subs, many of whom are financial professionals, and churns out 100+ articles/day. TheStreet plans to integrate some of its content on The Deal, and to cross-sell The Deal to its existing readers/customers. The Deal's magazine will be shuttered. A CC to discuss the purchase starts at 10AM ET (webcast).
