Exelon (EXC -2.6%) is downgraded by UBS to Sell from Neutral with a $31 price target (from $37) on "weakening power prices of late and heat rates across PJM... concerns around retail margin compression given, and downside to robust consensus EPS expectations following management's Q2 O&M (implicitly higher) guidance."
