Facebook (FB) takes its third-party ad exchange out of beta. The company has been hyping the early results for Facebook Exchange, which lets advertisers deliver Facebook ads based on their browsing activity on other sites, and is now serving up testimonials from clients seeing higher click rates and improved reach. Facebook, of course, has plenty of its own data for advertisers to leverage, but it has been cautious about sharing much of it on privacy grounds.
