Americans are more willing to support new commercial projects in their community in light of the recession, according to a study published today. Opposition to big retail projects continued to drop, with support increasing for local Wal-Marts (WMT), department stores (Target (TGT) and K-mart (SHLD)), and home improvement centers (Home Depot (HD) and Lowe`s (LOW)).
