South Sudan apparently will split a massive oil block largely held by Total (TOT +1.8%) into three parts, giving one to the French company and the others to two firms - reportedly ExxonMobil (XOM +2%) and Kuwait Petroleum - in the biggest shakeup of the country's concessions since it seceded from Sudan.
