PayPal (EBAY) changes its policy to suspend domestic transfers between users in Argentina. Though the company denies any direct correlation, the move follows closely after new government rules in the nation that restriction foreign currency flow including a stiff 15% tax for online sites.

    Correction: Paypal, the Ebay puppet that is habitually used to getting away with stepping all over it's small customers, got a rare push back from someone it's own size.

     

    In other words, Paypal did, in fact, rescind this particular onerous and ham-fisted rule because Ebay was about to incur a 15% online site tax.
