Broadcom (BRCM) is supplying a Bluetooth/GPS/FM radio combo chip for the 7" Kindle Fire HD (AMZN), according to iFixit's teardown. That's a victory over Texas Instruments (TXN), which provided a combo chip for the original Fire. But TI can't complain too much: the company is still supplying a Wi-Fi chip and multiple power management ICs, to go with its previously-announced OMAP 4460 app processor. InvenSense (INVN) is shipping a motion sensor. (previous) (Fire HD reviews)
