Blackrock Kelso Capital (BKCC -5.1%) dives after Stifel downgrades to Sell: the firm argues BKCC, which is valued roughly in-line with its peer group on an earnings yield basis, should trade at a slight discount due to its credit quality history. Also, Stifel doesn't think the money manager will be able to pay its hefty dividend (current yield of 10.6%) merely through its NOI earnings in 2012 or 2013.
