    I find it sad that even as we experience the uneven decline following the largest bubble in history there are still those who don't get it.

     

    Is anyone still unaware of the large shadow inventory?

     

    Are there still those who have not considered what will happen to prices when mortgage rates inevitably rise?

     

    Recall that even during the Great Depression there were brief periods of growth.

     

    Any housing recovery at this stage will be short-lived.
