NetEase (NTES +4.7%) pops thanks to an upgrade to Neutral from Nomura, which is pleased with yesterday's announcement regarding the Oct. 2 arrival of a new expansion pack for the Chinese version of World of Warcraft, offered in partnership with Activision (ATVI). Nomura sees the expansion pack, called Mists of Pandaria, slowing down the loss of World of Warcraft users, something NetEase blamed for its Q2 miss.
