Trulia (TRLA) has priced its IPO at $17, above a prior range of $14-$16. That translates into a market cap of $449M, roughly 1/3 that of Zillow (Z). The company is raising $85M by selling 5M new shares, and is also selling 1M held by insiders. Shares begin trading tomorrow. (S-1) (earlier)
