Denbury Resources (DNR) +9.6% premarket after agreeing to sell its Bakken shale assets in North Dakota and Montana to ExxonMobil (XOM) for $1.6B and XOM's operating interests in Webster Field in Texas and Hartzog Draw Field in Wyoming. The Bakken assets consist of ~196K net acres with expected H2 2012 production of more than 15K boe/day.

    XOM playing it cheap, they should just pony up and buy KOG. In my opinion, KOG is worth 15 plus.
