Texas Instruments (TXN) is hiking its quarterly dividend to $0.21/share from a prior $0.17/share. The company now sports an annual yield of 2.9%. TI claims its hike is the result of improved operating cash flow (attributed to a stronger reliance on analog/embedded processing sales) and lower capex needs (the result of purchasing capacity on the cheap).
