How will SDLP likely effect the share price of SDRL?
I sure don't like having to deal with K-1s at tax time.

If you look at the prospectus they are electing to be treated as a corporation so there is no k-1 issue. I can't answer the first part of your post.

Seadrill Partners pays a great dividend. Is there any indication of what dividend SDLP will pay?

I glanced at the prospectus but couldn't tell when this is likely to hit the market. Anyone know?
