Candle and home fragrance maker Blyth (BTH -16%) succumbs to a downgrade by Moody's to negative this morning. The ratings agency cites a constrained liquidity profile going into FY13, continued weakness in its core direct-selling candle and home-fragrance business, as well as uncertainty stemming from it's IPO filing of ViSalus, a weight-management-product business in which it currently holds a 73% stake.
