Retailers such as GameStop (GME -1.6%) and Wal-Mart report a strong response after they opened up their websites to preorders for the new Wii U console from Nintendo (NTDOY.PK). Though it sounds like good news, there are those who aren't totally convinced: 1) The company is adroitly managing its distribution channel to maximize buzz; 2) Manufacturing has been slow to start. Where are the leaked pictures of the long-awaited console?
