Tyco (TYC -0.3%) says it will pay $13M to settle SEC charges that it violated an anti-foreign bribery law. The Justice Department has also indicated it will also settle related criminal charges through a non-prosecution agreement. The violations were discovered during and SEC review of TYC's operations following a 2006 settlement.
