management pumped up guidance right before the secondary.
    How timely, yes ?
Stock will move in a narrow range with a upward bias, then comes the
    spiral downward.
    Short on strength.

Its 3pm and the volume on kors is over 20 million. with shares trading as high as 54.74 early today there's no doubt that many institutions who will be receiving their allotment have sold short locking in a profit when they deliver the borrowed shares at 53.00.
Straight down they are protected and locked in their profit at the top. The performance chasing underinvested suckers paid up and have been doing so since Friday. They will spruce uptheir performance of other equities when they dump their losses in Kors.

Performance chasers beware. Unless you are playing for a fast trade to make a fast buck keep away from stocks that issue secondaries until the offering has passed and then some time should pass.
