The idea grows that Nationstar (NSM +6.3%) must be set to win the hotly contested battle for ResCap's servicing portfolio as the company announces an offering of $100M in Senior Notes. This comes on the heels of last week's $300M note offering. One could be forgiven for assuming management is raising the cash for an imminent purchase.
