Taco Bell's (YUM) decision to find a new media agency could be warning sign for sales, notes Hedgeye's Howard Penney. This summer the chain unveiled its Cantina Bell menu in a move aimed at catching some of Chipotle's lunchtime traffic with its lines often out of the doors.
