The markets are shrugging off a Susquehanna downgrade of a number of homebuilding stocks today, as they trade higher with the broader market after coming after a sizeable selloff in recent days. The firm says that optimism in the sector has taken valuations to ridiculous levels that can't be sustained. It cuts: DR Horton (DHI +1%), Lennar (LEN +2.8%) and Toll Brothers (TOL -0.2%) all to negative (I,II,III).
