TECO Energy (TE) lowers its 2012 EPS guidance to $1.10-$1.20, excluding charges or gains, vs. analyst consensus $1.25, to reflect the $227M sale of two power plants in Guatemala. The sale is expected to be dilutive to EPS in 2013 and 2014.
