Shares of Walgreen (WAG) fall 3.1% premarket after the company's earnings beat isn't enough to overcome its sluggish comparable sales numbers and rather dour outlook on consumer spending habits. Analysts continue to warn that the upside for WAG could be limited with the highly leveraged Alliance Boots deal sitting as an overhang.
