Bell Canada parent BCE (BCE +0.2%) will pay C$1.3B ($1.26B) to acquire the 85% of CTV that it does not already own in a deal worth C$3.2B, including C$1.7B in debt. The acquisition, which includes Canada's no. 1 television network, would reverse BCE's decade-long unwinding of its controlling stake of CTV.
