Canada's September Manufacturing PMI slides to 52.4 from 53.0 previously, the slowest rate of expansion in 6 months. The average PMI read for Q3 foots to 52.8 from 54.3 in Q2. "All things considered ... the fact that the Canada's manufacturing sector continues to expand is noteworthy," says RBC economist Craig Wright. The loonie remains marginally higher vs. the greenback.
