    Without having dug deep into the details' my first thought is you can't let people control their own pay. Check out Congress and a lot of the State Houses.

    I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a trust fund whose trustees don't compensate themselves to an obscene degree.

    It obviously based on the profits they made for the fund.....LOL...down 30%....big bonus....
