A Japanese court has again delayed a ruling on competing plans to restructure bankrupt Elpida - a recommendation is now expected by Oct. 29. Elpida has backed a deal in which Micron (MU -0.3%) would acquire the memory maker for ~$2.5B in equity and debt considerations, but some Elpida bondholders aren't happy with the deal's terms, and have submitted an alternate proposal.
