Morgan Stanley's (MS) talks to unload a majority stake in its commodities business to Qatar have hit a snag, say sources. The structure of the deal, not the price, is reportedly at issue. Morgan needs to unload at least 75% of its ownership if it wishes to retain some stake and still have the operation be allowed to prop trade.
