Fortress Investment Group (FIG) is reportedly the buyer of a 12-builidng NJ office campus sold by Bank of America (BAC) as it seeks to trim costs. The deal looks to be the biggest office sale on record in the state, surpassing one for $377.5M last year. "Corporate real estate ownership is not really a core business for BofA," says a spokesperson.
