China's slowdown has the World Bank slashing its East Asia growth forecast for 2012 to 7.2% from a 7.6% projection in May. 2013 is cut to 7.6% from 8%. Downside risk, says the group, could come in the form of a sharp deterioration in Europe (note to World Bank: Sharp deterioration has already happened).
